in Action!

The MJIF is dedicated to helping Jewish believers in Israel get through temporary emergency situations.

Sometimes your check makes the difference between a family remaining in Israel, or having to leave due to financial hardships. Your check can make the difference in a pastor having materials and equipment to minister to the lost, or losing people because there is no one helping him to establish a much needed congregation.

Your check now, no matter the amount, will enable many to get the medical help they would not get otherwise... and your support of God's people in Israel today will supply food, clothing and school supplies to families, and it will let them know they are not alone.

Support God's People
– they need us now!

Words from Leaders...

Dr. David H. Stern, Complete Jewish Bible:

Complete Jewish BibleI am glad to affirm the good the Messianic Jewish Israel Fund does in Israel through your energetic good offices. While there are many organizations, both Jewish and Christian, that meet various needs of the poor in this country, the MJIF surely does the most in directing aid to needy Messianic Jews — of whom there are more than a few.

Whether in matters of health, housing or education, the help you bring from the MJIF has enabled many Messianic Jews to stick it out and “make it” in this difficult Land, which, according to the Bible, “eats up its inhabitants” [Numbers 13:32]. I simply say, “Kol hakavod!” — literally, “All the glory to God,” and in a dynamically equivalent translation, “Great work,” Dotti.

Rabbi Joseph Shulam, Jerusalem, Israel:

Rabbi Joseph ShulamSince the first exile of the people of Israel to Assyria and Babylon, the Galuth (Diaspora) has supported those who lived in the land of our forefathers, the land of Israel. There are records of shipments of goods and money from the rich cities of Asia Minor to Israel as far back as the time of Ezra and Nehemiah.

We know that the Apostle Paul went to both Jewish and non-Jewish communities in Asia Minor, Greece and Rome asking these communities to give and contribute for the saints in Jerusalem. In our own times we see the same phenomena deeply ingrained into the Jewish and Christian consciences throughout the world. As Messianic Jews, and Christians, we have a great obligation to show our solidarity for our Jewish brothers and sisters who live in Israel.

We appreciate the Messianic Jewish Israel fund (MJIF) and Dotti Solomon for their effort to help and support the needy Jewish followers of Yeshua in this land. I am a witness of the fact that checks are written by the MJIF for families of messianic Jews who have emergency needs, and nowhere else to seek help.

Dotti Solomon has come to Israel over the years with an open check-book in the hand, and has answered the needs of people with graciousness. Beyond our appreciate for the financial help of the MJIF - we appreciate the way the MJIF has done this work in love.

We bless the MJIF and Dotti Solomon for the vision and desire to help Jewish disciples of Yeshua in this land of Israel. We bless all those who have given to this fund, and have seen fit to take part in the building of the Land and of the body of Messiah as Israel returns home.

Paul Liberman, Executive Secretary, International Messianic Jewish Alliance:

Paul Liberman, Executive Secretary, International Messianic Jewish AllianceEvery year the MJIF dutifully comes over to the Land where Dotti personally investigates each individual situation, and learns from pastoral leaders as to where MJIF contributions would best be spent. It is well known amongst the Body that the MJIF not only distributes (almost entirely without overhead) with a yearning to do good, but is also a very careful steward of its funds. Dotti and the MJIF have earned the respect of the Israeli Body as a whole, and not just the recipients. Who would have thought when the MJIF began many years ago that it would have consistently expanded to this extent? The MJIF made a long term commitment to the believers in Israel, and they are keeping it!

David Lazarus, Beit Emmanuel, Joppa, Israel:

Dotti Solomon and the MJIF have labored selflessly for years to bring support, care and encouragement to multitudes of needy believers in Israel. Dotti brings a passion and commitment to seeing God’s Kingdom purposes established in this Land, and it inspires those who are helped by the MJIF. The MJIF has been especially gifted in building warm and friendly relationships with the leaders in the Messianic body throughout Israel. These relationships are based on trust, integrity and the common purpose of bringing Messiah’s love to the poor here in Israel.

Rabbi Jonathan Bernis, Jewish Voice Ministries International:

Rabbi Jonathan Bernis, Jewish Voice Ministries InternationalOver the last years I have personally met with many Messianic leaders and congregants in Israel who have been greatly blessed by support from the MJIF. The MJIF has put literally hundreds of thousands of dollars directly into the hands of those with genuine needs. This ministry is truly making a difference where it counts - helping the Israeli believers establish themselves in the Land.

Eitan Shishkoff, Senior Pastor & Founder, Tents of Mercy:

Tents of Mercy logo"Heart of Ruth" is an appropriate name for a fund dedicated to helping Israeli Jewish believers in need.

Dotti Solomon's commitment to the Messianic community in Israel is long-standing, genuine and repeatedly demonstrated. She knows us, cares about us and does something about it.

The heart of Ruth flows out of God's heart, through my sister. It is a timely effort, as Israel's Messianic movement is poised to grow dramatically.

Rabbi Hylan Slobodkin, Beit Tikvah Congregational Leader

Rabbi Hylan SlobodkinI was talking to Richard Ayal Frieden a month ago about the fiinances for the JAMM Center and Jerusalem Street Publications. Our congregation supports this ministry. Richard began to tell me the story of your visit to Israel. He said you met with Richard and asked him how things were going. He told you they needed $$$ to pay their rent on the JAMM Center (a ministry for Israeli youth). You immediately wrote him an MJIF check for the whole amount. He told me he began to cry. What a blessing the Messianic Jewish Israel Fund (MJIF) is to our brothers and sisters in the Land.

Ofer Amitai, Pastor, El - Roii Congregation, Jerusalem

Dear Dotti,

I would like to thank you for all the support the MJIF has extended to us and many others in the Land throughout the years. I deeply respect your desire to, not only support individuals, in need, but also to build up The Body itself, by investing in its congregations.

I have deeply appreciated you openness, transparency and commitment to consult with a variety of leaders regarding the distribution of the MJIF's generous donations. You have come to us as family, and so we indeed are. May the God of Israel grant you wisdom, grace and strength to continue the good work you have done in this Land, ours and yours.
