The MJIF is dedicated to helping Jewish believers in Israel get through temporary emergency situations. Sometimes your check makes the difference between a family remaining in Israel, or having to leave due to financial hardships. Your check can make the difference in a pastor having materials and equipment to minister to the lost, or losing people because there is no one helping him to establish a much needed congregation. Your check now, no matter the amount, will enable many to get the medical help they would not get otherwise... and your support of God's people in Israel today will supply food, clothing and school supplies to families, and it will let them know they are not alone. "I will take you from among the nations, gather you from all the countries and return you to your own Land. Then I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean." Ezekiel 36 During the 1900's many Jewish people living in Middle East countries began moving to Israel. Once Israel reclaimed independence in 1948, Jews were forced out of various Arab countries in which they had been living for centuries, migrating to their ancient homeland. In the mid-1900's, hundreds of thousands of Jews from the West (Europe and the United States) began a move to Israel in an attempt to escape persecution, most notably, the Holocaust in Nazi Germany. Hundreds of thousands of Jews living in the former Soviet Union (North) have moved to Israel since the 1980's. Other countries had to pressure Russia to allow the Jews to move to Israel.
Many centuries before the Jews had been scattered to the ends of the earth, Isaiah 43:5 prophesied that God would bring His people back to Israel from "the ends of the earth." Partners in Good Works: At the end of 2009 we launched the MJIF 'Partners in Good Works' program as a way for friends to join with the MJIF in helping the needy believers in Israel. 2010 will be a pivotal year for the MJIF regarding how many of those Jewish believers from the East, the West, the North and the South will be touched through this new partnership program. When The MJIF has reached out to the believers in Israel for the last 17 years, and we are more excited today than at any other time in our history! Why? Because we strongly believe that God is about to do something astonishing in that Land and with that people!

The examples above represent many, many more in each area. The needs are great all over Israel, but the MJIF gives much more in Tel Aviv, Haifa, Tiberias and Jerusalem simply because there are more people in these areas, thus, more needs. What is the MJIF?The Messianic Jewish Israel Fund is an autonomous, humanitarian aid agency of the Messianic Jewish Alliance of America (MJAA). It functions as a vehicle for Messianic believers in the Diaspora and our Christian friends to join hands with Jewish believers in the Land of Israel, helping to provide spiritual and financial support. The primary purpose of the MJIF is to be a source of aid to assist Messianic Jewish families, individuals, Messianic ministries and congregations in Israel. Funds given to the MJIF are used to meet basic needs, such as Hebrew Bibles and other literature for spiritual growth; temporary living expenses; emergency aid; and ministry necessities for sharing faith in Messiah. The MJIF also provides small gifts to aid Jewish believers who have made Aliyah (a permanent move) to Israel. The MJIF is a ministry of love to God’s chosen people. All board members are volunteers and no salaries are paid to anyone working in this ministry. |

During the 1980's and 1990's, the Jews from Ethiopia (South) were allowed to move to Israel after Israel paid a large ransom to the communist government. In May of1991, 14,500 Ethiopian Jews were airlifted on Israeli planes to Israel.
you make the decision to partner with the MJIF, your support goes directly to the believers in Israel, and helps to spread the Gospel to the lost there, as well.
